These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Limitless Domain website and your purchase of products or services from Limitless Domain.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Availability

Limitless Domain sells products that may include trading card games, individual trading cards, sealed trading card products, manga, collectibles, accessories, and related merchandise.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct inventory errors, or cancel orders when inventory is unavailable.

2. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Collectible products may fluctuate substantially in market value. Limitless Domain may change prices at any time before an order is completed.

Once an order has been completed, subsequent increases or decreases in market value do not entitle either party to a price adjustment.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order resulting from an obvious pricing, inventory, technical, or listing error.

3. Trading Card Condition

When applicable, Limitless Domain makes reasonable efforts to accurately identify the condition and version of individual trading cards.

Card condition assessments are inherently subjective. Unless specifically advertised as professionally graded, cards are sold as raw, ungraded collectibles.

No representation regarding condition constitutes a guarantee that a card will receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, BGS, or another grading company.

Factory print defects, centering, surface characteristics, print lines, and other manufacturing variations may occur.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory discrepancies, obvious pricing errors, suspected resale abuse of quantity restrictions, or other violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Preorders

Preorder availability, allocation, release dates, and fulfillment may depend upon manufacturers and distributors.

Release dates are estimates and may change.

If Limitless Domain receives less inventory than expected, preorder quantities may need to be reduced or cancelled. Customers will receive a refund for any products we are unable to fulfill.

Preorders are also subject to any additional terms disclosed on the applicable product page.

6. Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be collected when required by law.

Customers remain responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or similar governmental assessments that are not collected during checkout and are legally their responsibility.

8. Shipping

Orders requiring shipment are subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

9. Returns and Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain collectible products, including trading card singles and opened sealed trading card products, may be final sale.

10. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Abuse

Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized payment activity, abuse of promotional offers, manipulation of ordering systems, and other deceptive activity are prohibited.

Customers who believe there is an issue with an order are encouraged to contact Limitless Domain so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under applicable payment-network rules or law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Limitless Domain name, branding, logos, original graphics, website content, and other original materials belonging to Limitless Domain may not be reproduced or used without permission except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, characters, product names, artwork, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. The sale of third-party products does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

12. Website Use

You may not use our website to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape or exploit the website in violation of applicable law, or interfere with other customers’ use of the website.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social networks, and ecommerce technology providers.

Limitless Domain is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided subject to the warranties and protections required by law and any additional warranties expressly provided by Limitless Domain or the applicable manufacturer.

We do not guarantee future collectible value, investment performance, professional grading outcomes, tournament legality, or continued availability of any product.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Limitless Domain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law provides otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of use will apply as permitted by law.
